1. Micro-Lattice Crashbox, Nr.: 471820, Indian Patent Office

The present invention generally relates to the structure or system for impact energy absorption during the event of crash of automobiles. The general purpose of the structure is to enhance the crash worthiness of the vehicles while keeping the weight as low as possible and high impact absorbing. This is achieved by employing metallic micro-lattice structures in the crumple zones of automobiles.

2. A modular suspension frame for a vehicle, Nr.: 430808, Indian Patent Office

This disclosure relates generally to suspension system of vehicles, and more particularly to a modular suspension frame for coupling with a chassis of a vehicle. The modular suspension reduces the maintenance and overhaul effort related to the traditional suspension systems.

3. A kink component for a chassis, Nr.: 407797, Indian Patent Office

This invention relates generally to a chassis, and more particularly to a creating a bend in a chassis of a vehicle using one or more kink components. The core idea is to eliminate the need and cost of  large bending machines which are traditionally used to bend chassis members. The kink component reduces infrastructure costs on the logistical side and unnecessary residual bending stresses during the process on the engineering side.

4. An implementation of on board diagnostics of pre-failure in clutch and brake wires, Nr.: 390498, Indian Patent Office

The invention generally relates to the field of diagnostics of clutch and brake wires condition and particularly to an implementation of on-board diagnostics of pre-failure in clutch and brake wires. The change in cross sectional area due to loss of wire strands alters the stresses and magnetic fluxes in the wires. A correlation between the fluxes and stresses is formulated and the critical stress is calculated by employing hall sensors to monitor the magnetic fluxes.
